The Code of Conduct outlines Randolph Little League's expectations for fans, parents, players, team managers, coaches, and board members. It is provided to ensure all participants understand and practice principles of behavior that support the purpose of Little League baseball and softball as identified by Little League International.
“Little League® Baseball and Softball is played in approximately 6,500 communities across more than 80 countries around the world, but regardless of where they are played, each of them share the same core mission. Little League believes in the power of youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. Joined together by one common goal, every local league is part of One Team. One Little League.”
The following Codes of Conduct are designed to instill and maintain the highest level of sportsmanship, integrity, fairness, and professionalism at Randolph Little League. All participants (Fans, Parents, Players, Team Managers, Coaches) accept responsibility for adhering to the Code of Conduct upon registration of a player or volunteering for Randolph Little League. Violations are to be reported to the Randolph Little League Board for investigation.
All ejections of Fans, Parents, Players, Team Managers, OR Coaches mean the person or persons are ejected for the current game AND the next game the team plays regardless of where the next game is played. An ejected person or persons must leave the field area and move to beyond the boundaries of Field of Dreams, into the parking lot. All game or park ejections are reviewed by the Randolph Little League Board, and continued issues will be dealt with accordingly. Depending on the seriousness, the Randolph Little League Board may assess additional disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from Randolph Little League.
